RETURN & REFUND POLICY

360 Metal Roofing Supply wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging
- Custom-cut materials are non-refundable
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs

REFUNDS:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to original payment method

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will replace or refund defective products at no additional cost
